The domain can be selected for short links and campaigns in the authorized account.
A customer domain stays attached to the account that connected it. It cannot be used by another account without a new verification.
DNS propagation and SSL certificates can take a few minutes. A prolonged block deserves another verification and then a support request.
Once ready, the domain can serve short links and campaigns that are more readable than the shared domain.
